Controller and contact

Valkyrias del Mar S.L., tax ID B72730203, with registered address at calle Salvador del Mundo 4, Bajo G, 11009 Cádiz, Spain, operates the TERYQO project. Enquiries can be addressed to tech@teryqo.com, including requests to route data-protection matters. No separate privacy mailbox is published.

What the form does

The form sends your name, email, optional company, plan, solution, message and privacy acknowledgement to this website. The enquiry is stored in a private inbox; receipt is confirmed only after the record is saved. You do not need an email application. When the email service is configured, a notification is sent to tech@teryqo.com through Resend. If it fails, the enquiry remains stored in the inbox.

Enquiries sent by email

You may also email tech@teryqo.com. If you choose that route, your email application and provider are involved. Neither route subscribes you to advertising. Do not include sensitive or customer data.

Purpose and lawful basis

Enquiries about a possible contract are handled to take pre-contractual steps requested by the individual (GDPR Article 6(1)(b)). For company contacts, the purpose is to maintain the requested professional communication, relying on the legitimate interest in responding (Article 6(1)(f)); you may object. Legal obligations and rights requests rely on Article 6(1)(c) where applicable. Contact alone is not treated as permission for advertising.

Retention criteria

Enquiries in the inbox are retained for up to 90 days from receipt and may be deleted earlier by the responsible person. Expired records are removed when a new enquiry is processed or the inbox is opened. If an enquiry leads to a contract, necessary records must be retained separately under applicable obligations. Email copies and records in the commercial Notion panel are managed separately according to their purpose and applicable obligations. Deleting an inbox enquiry does not delete those copies; erasure requests must also be handled in email and Notion.

Email provider technical periods

IONOS Annex 1 distinguishes the provider’s technical periods from the time the company needs to keep an enquiry. For email services it specifies a maximum of seven days after customer deletion or contract termination; for logs, a maximum of 28 days from creation. This does not mean each enquiry is deleted seven days after receipt.

Data and providers

The inbox is hosted by OpenAI Sites using Cloudflare D1, separately from Kernel and its databases. Management access requires sign-in with the administrator account authorised by TERYQO. The tech@teryqo.com mailbox uses IONOS Cloud S.L.U., whose processing agreement forms part of the contracted services. When sending is enabled, Resend processes the contact details and message to send a copy to the mailbox. Enquiries are also copied to a commercial Notion panel through a ChatGPT automation that processes the fields to register them and prevent duplicates. Access to that copy depends on the Notion workspace permissions. This synchronisation does not activate product agents or send automatic commercial replies. Abuse prevention retains an identifier derived from the IP address using a cryptographic signature, without storing the original IP in the form table; these counters are purged when requests are processed. Hosting may process technical data and IP addresses under its own practices.

Transfers and contractual documentation

Technology providers may operate outside the European Economic Area. Exclusive EU processing is not guaranteed. Each provider’s public policies explain its practices but do not replace the contracts applicable to this account. The IONOS agreement and its service and subprocessor annexes have been reviewed. Section 4.3 provides for EU/EEA processing and transfers needed for the service with GDPR Chapter V safeguards. Annex 2 identifies subprocessors in Germany for Mail Basic/Mail Business. OpenAI hosts the website on behalf of its operator under section 3.2 of the ChatGPT Sites Terms. For this Business account, hosted-data processing is governed by OpenAI’s business DPA; the EEA contracting entity is OpenAI Ireland Ltd. Section 4.1 provides for standard contractual clauses or adequacy decisions for transfers outside the EEA. Sites does not offer regional data residency at launch; exclusive hosting in Spain or the EU is not guaranteed. You may request information at tech@teryqo.com.

Decisions and marketing

Enquiries are handled by people; this website makes no automated decisions or advertising profiles. Name, email and message are required to handle contact; company, plan and solution are optional. The checkbox acknowledges reading the privacy notice and does not subscribe you to campaigns.

Your rights

You may request access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and, where applicable, portability; you may also withdraw consent where it is the basis for processing. You may complain to the AEPD (www.aepd.es). Use tech@teryqo.com to route a request and identify the right you wish to exercise.

Browsing and hosting

The website code includes no analytics or advertising trackers. Hosting may process IP addresses and technical data to serve and protect the website. Cloudflare’s __cf_bm security cookie has been observed. See the cookie information.
