WHAT IS A CREDIT
The planned commercial equivalence is one credit per completed standard text reply using a validated efficient model. A conversation with five standard replies would use five credits. Human replies, rejected messages and internal tests do not use commercial credits.
Voice, premium models, paid searches, long documents and complex tasks require their own usage equivalence or quote, agreed before execution. Technical validation must confirm metering and prevent duplicate charges for retries.

One standard reply equals one credit. This estimate accepts up to 1,000,000 replies; that is not an operating limit or a promise of service capacity.

All amounts exclude VAT. The combination minimises the purchase cost needed to cover this cycle, assuming no previous balance. Top-ups are bought only when needed, without automatic monthly charges. Unused purchases retain their validity under C1. BUSINESS needs a final setup quote. Taxes, external services, voice, premium models and complex tasks are agreed separately.

LAUNCH PROGRAMME
The programme will apply to the first 30 external customers with an accepted service agreement once the service is available. Our own brands and internal tests are excluded. Eligibility is confirmed in writing in the proposal. Sending an enquiry does not reserve a place.
The agreed monthly fee is maintained for 12 months from activation, for the same plan and scope. This protection applies to the monthly fee: credit purchases and scope changes are agreed separately. Later changes will be communicated at least 30 days in advance so you can accept or cancel future renewals.
THREE CLEAR COMPONENTS
Configuration of authorised sources, personalisation and testing of the agreed scope.
Platform access, maintenance and support within the scope and limits of the plan.
An included monthly allowance of 1,000, 3,000 or 8,000 credits depending on the plan. Manual top-ups from €10, with metering and terms confirmed before purchasing.
Custom development, special integrations, complex migrations and third-party services require a separate quote unless expressly included. Features, languages and connections are confirmed after validation.
FAQ
Setup plus one launch monthly fee: START €148, PRO €348 and BUSINESS from €698, excluding VAT. Additional credit purchases are not included in these sums. The total and payment schedule are confirmed in writing before purchasing.
Amounts exclude VAT. The applicable tax will be reflected in the proposal and invoicing.
The fee will start on the launch date accepted in writing, after technical validation. Requesting information or running internal tests does not start a monthly fee.
50% when authorised work begins and 50% when the deliverables are accepted. No work or charging begins without confirmed technical availability and an accepted proposal. Splitting payment does not change the total setup price.
Each paid monthly cycle renews START 1,000, PRO 3,000 and BUSINESS 8,000 credits. Included credits do not roll over or convert into money and are used before valid purchased credits. Balance tracking and usage await technical validation.
Purchases are valid for 12 months from payment confirmation, with expiry shown before ordering and 30 days’ notice. Expiry is not applied without evidence of the accepted information and the agreed notice. Cancellation does not reset or extend expiry.
Reference top-ups are 500 credits for €10, 1,500 for €25 and 5,000 for €75, excluding VAT. Top-ups will initially be manual. Balance tracking, alerts and limits must be validated before activation; this website does not yet sell or deduct credits.
Later fee or terms changes will be communicated at least 30 days in advance so you can accept or cancel future renewals. The 12-month fee protection for the same scope is respected. There is no automatic increase or retroactive change to previous purchases.
Standard plans have no minimum term. Request cancellation of future renewals at tech@teryqo.com before the next renewal date; receipt before that date stops renewal even if human confirmation comes later. Service continues until the contracted cycle ends.
You can keep valid purchases until their original expiry for use after reactivating a subscription, or request a proportional refund of unused and unexpired purchased credits at the actual price paid. Included and free credits are not refunded as purchases. The procedure and applicable rights are detailed in the C1 terms.
Yes, you can request an expansion proposal. Additional agents, channels, integrations, support and usage are quoted and agreed before being applied.
