PAYMENT, CREDITS AND CANCELLATION
Commercial terms.
Version C1 · 13 October 2026. Approved rules for future business agreements. The platform is under validation: this website accepts enquiries, but purchasing, credit top-ups and agent activation are not yet available.
Scope and individual proposal
TERYQO is a project by Valkyrias del Mar S.L., tax ID B72730203. These rules are intended for businesses and professionals purchasing for their business activity. The customer’s status is assessed by the actual purpose of the agreement, rather than a business name alone. They do not automatically extend to consumers or every country without adapting applicable rights.
The individual proposal will identify the provider and customer, plan, scope, taxes, payment schedule, deliverables, acceptance, support and applicable documents. It must be complete and accepted before work begins. Sending an enquiry or acknowledging privacy information does not create a purchase, reserve a launch place or accept a subscription.
1. Setup and start of the monthly fee
Setup is payable in two instalments: 50% when authorised work begins and 50% when the deliverables are accepted. No work or charging begins without confirmed technical availability and an accepted proposal stating scope, limits, schedule and acceptance criteria. The monthly fee starts upon launch accepted in writing; preparing a quote or running tests does not start a monthly fee.
Setup and monthly fee, excluding VAT: START €99 + €49/month; PRO €249 + €99/month; BUSINESS from €499 + €199/month. Setup plus the first monthly fee: €148, €348 and from €698, excluding additional top-ups. Splitting setup does not change its total price. The final BUSINESS setup price, taxes and total must be specified in the proposal.
2. Monthly cycle and included allowance
The monthly cycle starts on the activation date. The next renewal and cycle end will be visible. If the start day does not exist in a month, its last day is used while preserving the anniversary rule in later months. Retrying a renewal does not grant a second allowance.
Each paid cycle renews the allowance: START 1,000, PRO 3,000 and BUSINESS 8,000 credits. Unused included credits do not roll over and cannot be exchanged for money. The included allowance is used first, followed by valid purchased credits with the earliest expiry. Pending operations are resolved before closing the cycle; crossing a renewal does not cause an operation to be charged twice.
3. Top-ups and usage equivalence
Manual top-ups, excluding VAT: 500 credits for €10, 1,500 for €25 and 5,000 for €75. Each purchase is valid for 12 months from payment confirmation, with its expiry shown before the order is accepted. There are no automatic top-ups. Payment is confirmed and each order grants credits only once.
The service will give 30 days’ notice before expiry. Expiry will not be applied without evidence of the accepted information and the agreed notice. Purchases cannot be transferred to another business; future prices do not retroactively change the quantity, unit or expiry of previous purchases.
One credit corresponds to a completed standard text reply using a validated model and limits. Five standard replies use five credits. Human replies, rejections and internal tests do not use commercial credits, and retrying an operation does not debit it again. Voice, premium models, paid searches, long documents and complex tasks require their own equivalence and price, accepted before execution. Metering and usage equivalence require technical validation before credits are sold or activated.
4. Cancellation and balance options
Standard plans have no minimum term. You can request cancellation of future renewals at tech@teryqo.com before the next renewal date. A request received before that date stops the next renewal even if human confirmation comes later; its receipt is recorded. Service continues until the contracted cycle ends and no further allowance is granted after cancellation.
Valid purchases are not automatically forfeited on cancellation. You can keep them until their original expiry for use after reactivating a subscription, or request a proportional refund of purchased credits that are unused and unexpired. Keeping a balance does not keep a fee or service active; cancellation does not reset or extend expiry. Before closing, you will receive the balance, expiry date and both options.
The net refund is calculated per purchase: actual pack price paid × unused and unexpired purchased credits / original credits. Actual discounts and tax adjustments are respected; the current price of new top-ups is not used. Pending operations are resolved before fixing the balance. Included allowances, free credits, used credits and correctly expired credits are not refunded as purchases, and arbitrary fees are not deducted.
Example excluding VAT: a 1,500-credit pack bought for €25 with 600 available, unused and unexpired credits gives a €10 net refund. The process is manual, through the original payment method, within 14 calendar days after receipt and verification of the request with the necessary information, without delaying mandatory rights or deadlines.
5. Completed work and unprovided service
Voluntary cancellation of an already started monthly cycle does not generally refund the enjoyed cycle. This does not remove rights arising from breach or unprovided service. Setup is settled against agreed deliverables and amounts, without penalties or unlimited hours added later. Advances for unperformed work are returned following an objective, documented settlement of completed scope and previously authorised external costs; the contracted price cannot be exceeded without an accepted expansion.
If TERYQO cannot start or continue service, it will communicate this and agree a solution. Reactivating a subscription is not required to recover money. Unprovided service, valid unused purchases and unearned advances are settled under the contract and applicable rights. There is no general waiver of refunds or promise of unvalidated service levels or availability.
6. Scope, support and changes
The proposal sets agents, processes, channels, languages, sources, verified integrations, setup revisions, support, exclusions and the human supervisor. The fee does not include unlimited human work. The support channel, hours and included tasks must be stated before purchasing. Custom projects and scope expansions require a separate accepted quote before work begins.
The launch programme applies to the first 30 eligible external customers with accepted agreements once service is available; own brands and tests are excluded. The fee for the same plan and scope is protected for 12 months from activation. There is no automatic price increase. Later fee or terms changes will be communicated at least 30 days in advance so the customer can accept or cancel future renewals. The protected fee for the same scope is not changed unilaterally and previous purchases are not changed retroactively.
7. Agreement and availability
Before purchasing, the complete proposal and applicable terms are supplied in a format that can be saved, with an opportunity to correct details and clarify price, cycle, usage, balance, cancellation and support. The accepted version, acceptance by an authorised person, scope and agreed dates are retained, and confirmation is sent. Email agreements retain the offer, acceptance and human confirmation. Each individual offer states its validity and expiry date.
These approved commercial rules do not establish technical availability or an agreement automatically applicable to every customer or country. The individual proposal and data-processing documents must be completed, and the service and usage validated, before purchasing. Applicable mandatory rights remain protected. This website does not charge, grant balances, activate agents or accept top-up orders.
